On Tuesday January 22nd we'll study Alma 8-9. After much success preaching in Zarahemla and Gideon (where Alma taught many things which cannot be written) Alma returned to his home in Zarahemla to rest for a short time. Refreshed, he took up his labors to reclaim his people first in Melek and then in Ammonihah.
Be sure to review some of the great and dreadful things Alma experienced.

We just read these chapters this morning. I was impressed that Alma "speedily" returned to Ammonihah. It is a good contrast to Jonah.
